  • How soon will you ship my order?
    We usually ship your order the same day if it arrives early and no later than the next day. Sometimes we have extra orders that affect, so we usually say 1-2 working days. Keep in mind that holidays and other public holidays can affect your order as we take time off on these days to be with loved ones. The MVH team at YAG<3
  • How do you ship my order?
    We send all orders with Post Nord trackable at the moment, as it is the most advantageous for you as a customer. Our packages are light and small and most of the time they go empty into your letterbox. Unfortunately, it happens that your shipment with Post Nord takes a little longer to arrive than desired, but that is unfortunately not something we can influence... The MVH team at YAG<3
  • Do I have an open purchase on my order from you?
    We follow the recommendations for the Distance Contracts (Internet Purchases) Act. Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) applies for 14 days, but only for products that NOT cosmetic products according to the Distance Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 9. This means that it is not open purchase on cosmetics and skin care but on everything else from us such as e.g. brushes and brushes etc. It is for hygienic reasons that the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics and skin care.
